Ever wonder why your nails are so yellow after you take your polish off? Apparently, the dye from the nail polish sticks to your nails if you don't use a couple coats of clear polish to seal your nails before applying colors. Some suggestions to help you get your white nails back:
- Soak your nails in water mixed with lemon juice. As an astringent, lemon will strip away the stains. Once your hands are dry, put a couple coats of a clear topcoat.
- You could also try scrubbing your nails with a common whitening toothpaste. It will take away the stains and make your nails shinny.
