For those of us who wears eye make up everyday, it is essential to remove it as clean as possible. However, it is not sufficient to clean it only with soap and water. Sometimes you will get an infection from make up getting in your eye or even soap. You can actually make your own make up remover from stuff already in your kitchen. Here's how:
- A very simple eye makeup remover recipe is by using mayonnaise. Apply a small amount of mayonnaise to your eye lid gently using your fingertip and remove it using a wet cotton ball.
- Another simple recipe is to use olive oil. It removes waterproof mascara like a dream!
- For sensitive eyes, you can try using baby shampoo to remove your eye makeup. It removes waterproof makeup and leaves your eyes feeling fresh.
