There is no better feeling than having a clean and soft foot. Treat your foot at home at your own time using these recipes for foot scrub. Do it after having your foot soaked since your skin will be softened by the foot soak and old dead skin will be removed much more easily.
- Mix 8 fresh strawberries with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of kosher salt or sea salt. Scrub your feet using this mixture, rinse and pat dry.
- Mix 1/2 cup of sugar with 2 tablespoon of lotion. Massage the mixture in your feet to exfoliate. Rinse and pat dry. Apply additional lotion to your feet.
- Mix 1/4 cup of baking soda with 2 drops of lemon and 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Rub your feet with the mixture. Rinse and pat dry.
