Homemade facial cleanser

The key of a beautiful looking skin is having a clean skin. Refused to pay for those expensive cleanser? These easy to make facial cleanser recipes will leave your skin feeling clean, soft and radiant.



  • Grape juice makes an excellent cleanser for any skin type. Simply split one or two large grapes, remove pips and rub the flesh over face and neck. Rinse off with cool water.
  • Mix 1/2 cup of oatmeal with plain yogurt (until they form a paste). Smooth over entire face avoiding eye area. Wash off with warm water.
  • This cleanser is simple and effective. The soap gently cleans, the glycerin prevents drying and the honey not only softens the skin, but its antimicrobial properties can help ward off breakouts. A touch of honey is all you need for healthy, glowing skin. Combine 1/4 cup honey, 1 Tbsp. liquid soap, 1/2 cup glycerin in a small bowl until they are fully blended. Pour into a clean plastic bottle. Pour onto clean face sponge or soft cloth and gently rub onto face, wash away with warm water and pat face dry. Enjoy fresh radiant skin.
  • Mix 1/4 cup of cucumber juice and 1/4 cup of fresh milk. Apply the mixture by wiping your face gently with cotton pads. Rinse with lukewarm water.
